I will be talking about my latest research and practical advice into how AI impact productivity in the enterprise performance. In our book the "4th Industrial Revolution: responding to the impact of Artificial Intelligence on Business " inspired by the World Economic Forum vision but combined with other leading international trends and organizational strategic thinking; we correctly identified the urgent need to redefine what is business strategy, and the emerging cognitive horizons that AI will enable. Canada is driving this Artificial Intelligence AI agenda evident in the profile of the 1st generation and making many of the 2nd generations AI leaders in Geoffrey Hinton, Toronto, Rich Sutton, Alberta, Yoshua Bengio,Montréal, Ian Goodfellow (Montréal), and the many others as well as working closely with other leaders in AI.
This is not blue sky wishful ideas but how real people, real businesses, and real technology today are focusing on how to harness specialist machine learning and artificial neural networks to integrate with sensors, robotics, data analytics, virtual and augmented reality to build competitive enterprise advantage.
Microsoft is leading this across the world with close involvement in industry and academia and it is a great pleasure and privilege to come to Toronto to speak at this key business technology event.
See you there !
